The whole island contains an area of 206 hectares more or less. Covered by Original Certificate of Title. The Initial price offering is $5,000,000 for the whole island and there are no plans to subdivide the property to small portions. The Island is bounded by Tablas Strait on the North to South portion and Buyayao Pass on the South to Western portion.
Area: 206 hectares of titled land (Torrens Title) classified as commercial and declared as tourist zone by the Department of Tourism and as a marine reserve by Presidential Proclamation No. 1580. The water around the island is suited for deep-sea fishing.
Accessibility: Ferry Boat ride from Batangas City Pier to Calapan and accessible via land transportation from Calapan, Oriental Mindoro to Bulalacao. Another thirty (30) minutes boat ride from Bulacao mainland. It is located off the coast of Mansalay, and can be reached in 30 minutes by motorized banca from Mansalay market or one (1) hour and thirty (30) minutes ride via helicopter from Manila.
